Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
If you fail to attend your appointment your payment is non-refundable.
A new booking and payment may be required if you wish to arrange another appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled if there is not enough time to provide the service safely.
Where the appointment cannot go ahead because of a late arrival, the payment is non-refundable.
Once a blood sample has been collected or laboratory processing has started, the service is non-refundable.
This includes costs associated with blood collection, laboratory testing, specialist testing kits, processing and courier services.
All treatments are subject to clinical suitability and appropriate assessment.

Where we decide that a prepaid treatment cannot safely be provided before treatment has started, we will discuss suitable alternatives, rescheduling or any applicable refund with you.
Individual results and responses to treatments may vary.
We cannot guarantee a particular medical, health or wellbeing outcome from any treatment or service.
A treatment not producing the result you expected does not automatically entitle you to a refund where the service has been provided correctly and with reasonable care and skill.
Where a package of treatments has been purchased and some treatments have already been provided, any applicable refund will take into account services already received and reasonable costs already incurred by Golden Health Clinic.

For health or hygiene reasons, certain sealed products cannot be returned once opened, where permitted by law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
